What's included in my ticket?

Included in your ticket is access to all conference sessions, exhibition and networking evening. Lunches and refreshments during the conference hours are also included at no extra cost.

When do I get my badge?

Your badge will be available for collection at the start of the event from the WATS registration desk. Please bring ID or a business card with you to collect your badge.

If I have a problem on site, who do I speak to?

Please visit the WATS registration desk at the event and someone will be able to help you.

How do I book my hotel room?

There are specially discounted room rates for all WATS 2023 attendees. Click here for more details.

I haven't received the invoice for my ticket.

Please email registration@halldale.com and we will resend you your invoice.

Can I cancel my booking?

We can offer a refund (minus a 20% administration fee) up to 28 days before the event. After this period your ticket is non-refundable.

We can offer a ticket transfer at any time in the run-up to WATS. If you would like to transfer your ticket please email registration@halldale.com.

How do I change my booking?

If you would like to make any changes to your booking please email registration@halldale.com.

Can I attend difference conference streams with my ticket?

Yes, your ticket allows access to all conference streams and the exhibition.

Who do I contact for Visa support?

What if I can no longer attend but my colleague can in my place?

If you would like to transfer your ticket to a colleague please email registration@halldale.com.
